• The terms “Scuba + Outdoor Pursuits Centre” or “Scuba + Outdoor” or “Dive Pursuits” or Scuba Pursuits” or “Tech Pursuits” or “Snorkel Pursuits” or “Wake Pursuits” or a derivative of the previous listed terms or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website, and are all trading identities of “Cannock Scuba Centre Ltd” whose registered office is Unit 10, Brindleys Business Park, Chaseside Drive, Cannock, WS11 7GD, UK. Our company registration number is 3093702, registered in England. The term “you” or “your” or “yours” or “the user” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

• These terms and any dispute arising out of is subject to the laws of England, Scotland and Wales.
• Where appropriate and as identifed (including but not limited to Doing It Membership), your acceptance of these terms will also be extended to any family members included

Training and Event Terms

• Cancellations and / or Changes made to any programmes due to circumstances beyond the control of The Scuba + Outdoor
  Pursuits Centre (e.g. Weather etc) will incur no liability.
• Any equipment, where provided, is issued in full working order and when returned any damage (or loss) is the responsibility of
  the participant, and will be charged to them. Where any loaned DVD’s are not returned a charge of £20 will be levied.
• All Programmes and Packages (i.e. Silver / Gold) must be completed within a 24 month period from time of booking
• Cancellation of any programme by the participant prior to commencement will incur a handling fee of £50.00, after
  commencing no refund can be given. In addition no refund can be given until all equipment or training materials have been returned. There is no refund availbale on Crew Pack / Manuals in this instance
• Once booked all training programes can only be altered (by date) a maximum of a single time
• Once selected any Auto Balance Payments will be taken 14 days or less prior to course commencement
• Any delays in student certification (upon completion of a programme) due to ommisions of training requirements on the part
  of the participant are soley the responsibility of the participant
• Any payments made by cheque that are ‘not honoured’ will be subject to a handling charge of £20, per incident
• The Scuba + Outdoor Pursuits Centre and its Team accept no responsibility for Loss / Damage / injury due to
  neglegence, or caused or occuring during an organised event
• You furthermore accept that you undertake all activities at your own risk.
• No insurance is provided for you or your property during any events organised by Scuba + Outdoor. It is your responsibility to arrange adequate insurance cover for you, and that when diving you must be aware of any restrictions laid out within this insurance policy.
• You aggree to observe all safer diving practises, within the limit of your qualifications.
• You are responsible for maintaining your own fitness levels and state of medical health to a standard suitable for safe diving, and that should any situation that may affect this occur this will be disclosed to the relevant S+O personel – either on site or direct to the registered address
• Unless “Platinum” membership has been selected you understand and agree that you must pay pool fees @ £2.00 per
  visit, for each pool attendance, and that regardless of membership type Pool Hire Equipment is to be booked
  via your local S+O centre and to be paid for at a rate of:- Full Pool Kit @ £7.00; Pool Cylinder @ £3.00 and
  Reg /BCD Only @ £3.00.
• Any persons under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by a parent or gaurdian
• Any Doing It Social; Doing It Weekends or Doing It Ultimate events or other events as identified are organised for members and their friends, and are not included with membership fees.
• There is no Personal Injury / Life Insurance Cover implied or provided with this membership
• During any organised events promotional photographs and / or video may be taken
